About Sound Healing Explorations
This long running monthly event in LongBeach at Sacred Roots Holistic Healing brings the community together for an activating, cleansing and relaxing experience through Sacred Sound and Meditation. Sacred Roots provides a perfect, supportive environment to explore your inner world whether you are a seasoned sound healing explorer or brand new!
The first part of the session will be a Vocal Group Toning experience with guided imagery that will rejuvenate and balance the body’s energy centers. You will learn to use your voice for self-healing. Past sessions have included a mix of toning vowel sounds for the energy centers, bija mantras, mantras with melodies, chanting, call and response singing, vocal exploration, the six healing sounds for the organs and more. There is something different every month.
In the second part of the session, Lynda will play Healing Tibetan Singing Bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, gong, tuning forks, flutes, handpan, voice, shruti box and more to help guide everyone in a relaxing sound & music meditation. Participate, believe and receive.
Please Bring: Blankets and or Pillow for extra comfort during the Music Meditation
Sound Healing Sessions are designed to Reduce Stress, Relax the Nervous System and put participants into a meditative state, activating the body's natural healing response.
