Sound Bath with Mariah Miller of Indi BeautyX

Join Mariah Miller from Indi BeautyX for a night of deep relaxation with a powerful combination of breath-work and sound healing. These tools relax the mind and body, clears the subconscious, balances the right and left hemispheres of the brain, and activates your body's natural healing systems. Bring a blanket and pillow if desired to create your most comfortable space, then lie down and let the cosmic vibrations of the crystal bowls wash away stress and all that no longer serves you.  You will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.  The sound bath session is approximately 45 minutes.  Light sips and snacks are provided immediately following.

ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Mariah Miller got her start in New York City as Professional Makeup Artist and Esthetician. While working in the beauty industry, she became certified in Reiki and has been working in the spiritual field for over 11 years. She is the founders of Indi Beauty X, a company that bloomed from the desire to bridge beauty and spirituality, and to ignite self-love and individuality by bringing ancient healing practices into modern times through Sound Healing, Color Therapy, Spiritual Beauty and Kundalini yoga.
