Come join me on this magical journey in Phoenecia, New York at the Menla Center, just like last year. The signs keep us sending us back to this high vibe place. This will be my first retreat at the center in the winter time. So it's a first for me as well and what I am already picking up is quite beautiful. Come during this time to recieve a winter upgrade and learn and experience this with me, Val. The silence of the winter will expand you in ways that you can never imagine.

The Menla Center is about 340 acres of untouched land that was hit by an asteroid and there is crystal quartz all over the property making it a high vibrational spot. Last year many of us collected some stones from there bringing forth so much magic for the all of us.

Practical Information
- Top shelf Vegetarian Food will be provided 3 times a day with Vegan options.
- Everyone has their own bed with options of a queen bed.
- Single beds share a room with one other.
- Soaps, Towels are provided
- Transportation is recommended to use your own as it will be limited.
- Water is filtered from natural spring on the property
- Some food is grown Organic on site and use for meals.

The Sanctuary Dome is Reserved for us for all 4 days. This room is our room and we use it everyday. Last year the attendees asked to sleep there a few nights. It became truly our sanctuary.
