Emily Pritchard, Founder & CEO at The Social Lights

Emily is Founder & CEO at The Social Lights. She is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas with degrees in Business Communication, Entrepreneurship, and Family Business. In 2018, she was named a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Heartland Program. Emily is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and giving back to the startup community. She serves as a mentor for Techstars, Gener8tor, and the Schulze School of Entrepreneurship at the University of St. Thomas.

Ashley Berset, Account Strategist at The Social Lights and Owner at The Suburban

Ashley has been with The Social Lights for 2.5 years, starting as a Social Media Manager and now as an Account Strategist working across 13 brands at General Mills. Her work on Fruit Gushers earned Silver Honors for Best Overall Instagram Presence at the 2019 Shorty Awards. Before coming to The Social Lights, Ashley opened The Suburban restaurant in Excelsior with her mom and sister, which she continues to own today. Through the power of social media, The Suburban went viral twice in 2019 and was featured on Good Morning America, The Late Show with Seth Meyers, and Inside Edition.
