#SocaFetèness dance class promotes Caribbean culture through health and fitness by combing the energy of a Caribbean Carnival or Party(Fete) with high energy aerobic moves to provide a cultural fitness experience! Classes start with a warm up. In the next segment we have a high intensity soca jam session that helps you burn up to 1000 calories while you have fun toning and sculpting your waistline. To finish off the class, we end with a groovy cool down/stretch.
