Slow Stitch Mondays

Come gather and experiment with different types of fiber art forms. Relax and do some sewing in a relaxed Open Studio environment. Assorted fabric is available. Explore boro, embroidery, knitting, slow sewing. Participants may opt to bring clothes, fabric with tears and sharp sewing scissors. All levels welcome! Marie loves art and sharing the joy of making with others. She has a degree in fine art from the University of San Diego. Her favorite medium is fiber arts, especially knitting. She enjoys teaching students of all ages; she has taught in many local schools, at the Vintage House, and for private groups.
