PRESCHOOL SCREENING - DID YOU KNOW?

Fall 2017 Preschool begins August 23, 2017

All children must have completed the Dial 4 screening before atttending SJSD preschool. Children must also be 4 years of age before August 1st to qualify for Title 1 Preschool. In order to qualify for early child special education (ECSE), children must be at least three (3) years of age and be identified with a delay. 

•  please bring your child and a copy of their most recent immunization record. 
•  please be prepared to complete paperwork. 
•  the screening, scoring and exiting process will take approximately 1 1/2 hours. 
•  seating space is limited in the Keatley Center. groups of no more than 3 are appreciated. 

NOTICE:  ALL children must have a consent to screen signed by a parent/guardian. If someone other than the parent/guardian will be accompanying the child to screening, the screening results will be mailed.
