The six chefs participating in Peru Meets the Prairie will each bring their heritage, creativity, and talent to the table with the culminating dinner of this collaborative exchange. Join Chefs Howard Hanna of The Rieger, Michael Foust of The Farmhouse, Carlos Falcon of Jarocho, Remy Ayesh of Repeal 18th, John Evans of Barra Lima in Peru, and Camilla Chavez of Central in Peru for an unforgettable six-course culinary celebration at The Rieger. Beverage pairings will be selected by Sommelier Caitlin Corcoran of Ça Va.

Why Peru Meets the Prairie?
Each chef is donating their time, skill & creativity to raise $10,000 for an Andean community's participation in the life-changing program of Por Eso, a Peruvian non-profit organization combating malnutrition through vegetable gardens, greenhouses, clean water and cookstoves in remote, high altitude Andean villages.
