A Sisters Siesta: Mental Rest In A Safe Place is a monthly platform for connecting #WOC to discuss relevant issues in our workplaces and other settings. Every month is a different theme to tackle. 

Jasmin started this support group and added Professional Counselor Bianca Hughes & Life Coach Kenisha McIntosh. Now the team has grown and along with other professional working-women participate in discussions and work through exercises to unpack our authentic selves in our workplaces... encouraging us to experience the best outcomes possible and receive support when we can't. We are super, phenomenal, and all-around badass but sometimes it helps just BE.
