SISFI, The Suicide Institute and NYC Suicide Council hosts Suicide Support Groups for people experiencing Emotional Pain and need help and support to overcome and manage them. These are closed private groups providing hope, support, healing, recovery and life skills for people struggling with ideation, attempt(s) or loss by suicide. The groups are facilitated by Mr. Brett A. Scudder, Suicide Attempt Survivor and Suicide Behavioral Intervention/Response Director and Trainer at SISFI and The Suicide Institute.
No one should every feel judged, prejudice, belittled, or mocked because of their experiences with hurt, pain, abuse, loss, brokenness, trauma and victimization and feelings of wanting to die because of the impacts. Everyone experiences pain on different levels, and it is important to understand and validate the pain in order to ease and release it in safe ways. We are all vulnerable at some point in life and need someone to listen, support and provide tools to help manage life in the dark moments when all hope is lost and we no longer feel alive.
You must register before attending the session. Please select the proper ticket type that fits your eperience. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us prior to the meeting at Ask@sisfi.org or 917.651.1889.
We look forward to having you with us. One Love.
