Join Soall Bistro owners Sa Nguyen and Mia Lunt for a glass of wine as they walk you through the steps to making authentic, healthy Vietnamese spring rolls at home! You'll be given all the ingredients and hands-on lessons you need plus a vermicelli bowl to complete the meal near the end of this intimate evening! We're keeping this class small so everyone will be able to get the attention they need to learn the basics behind working with rice paper.
