There will be dedicated areas of the venue made available for you to spend time in silence. A variety of silence guiding activities will be made available to you including meditation coloring, writing prompts, guided walking, guided meditation, stretching flows and more. All activities are optional, you may stay as long as you like, but you are encouraged to challenge yourself and stay for the entire day.

11:30 am Guided meditation by Courtney Val (optional)
12:00 pm Lunch included (vegetarian options will be available)
2 pm Guided meditation (optional)
3:30 pm Open group reflection (optional)
4 pm end of day

Hi, I like to keep things simple and to the point so you can call me M. I am a full-time artist and entrepreneur who is "busy" aka living fully in my life's purpose, pursuing my passions, and filling my time with the things that I love to do! Regardless, I know that taking time for self-care is key to my success and ability to be at my best. I attended my first day of silence earlier this year at Unity on the Bay and found it profoundly powerful and healing. I am looking forward to holding space for you to share in that experience.
