TOUR RESTRICTIONS - You must be 21 years of age or older to participate on our tours - You must be able to ride a bike to participate on our tour TOUR INFORMATION Tours will begin promptly at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday’s. Weekday Tours are scheduled to depart at 10:45 a.m. Please plan to arrive 45 minutes before tour departure. Our tour guides will register each guest and assist guests in choosing equipment prior to the starting time. PARKING There is a municipal lot across from our store (Behind Love Lane). Please park here and walk across to our store. EQUIPMENT SELECTION We have a selection of Single and Tandem (2-Seater) bicycles. All equipment is selected the morning of your scheduled tour on a first come, first serve basis. If you have a preference on equipment, we encourage you to arrive early. REDEMPTION Vouchers used from outside vendors will be redeemed upon booking your tour. OUR TERMS: Cancellation Policy IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL... We reserve the right to cancel and terminate any tour at any time for any reason. Anticipated reasons for cancellation may be: Weather If there is a report of severe weather, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule the tour. Often we will encounter passing showers while riding; for situations like these we will pass out rain ponchos to our guests. If possible we will seek shelter until the showers pass. If we encounter severe weather while we are cycling, we may have to terminate the tour. Your safety is our #1 priority! Minimum Participation If we do not have at least 10 or more participants, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. Regarding cancellations of this nature; you will be notified as soon as possible of this change. IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL... From time to time there may be unforeseen events or circumstances which do not allow you to join us on your scheduled tour. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, we have a policy in place to police these types of situations More than 30 Days from your Scheduled Tour If we receive notification of your cancellation greater than 30 days of your scheduled tour, we will provide a full refund.  Less than 30 Days from your Scheduled Tour If we receive notification of your cancellation less than than 30 days of your scheduled tour, we will provide a 50% refund (less non-refundable deposit). Your deposit and the 50% we withheld will be applicable to a future tour date. Less than 48 hours from your Scheduled Tour If we receive notification of your cancellation less than 48 hours of your scheduled tour, we will not provide a refund.
