The Shul on Duxbury Beit Yisroel High Holidays, 5781/2020

Many things are different this year, but the Shul on Duxbury Beit Yisroel is committed to holding services for Rosh HaShana and Yom Kippur as always in the beautiful and secluded Hausman courtyard.

Due to the need to (sadly) limit how many people can safely attend on both the women's and the men's sides, this year we are strictly enforcing a reserved ticket policy. A $50 donation per person -- men, women, and children -- will reserve your seat(s) for all of Rosh HaShana and Yom Kippur. We will not be able to accommodate anyone without a reserved seat, nor can children come without a reserved seat with the exception of very young children who must sit in a parent's lap and cannot wander. No strollers will be allowed in the seating areas. Tax receipts will be sent as allowed by law.

We will be working hard to make sure that you and your family can sit together, so early and accurate reservations are essential. Exact start times and more detailed information for all services will be sent out as we get closer to yom tov.

Please don't delay in reserving your seats, particularly if you're hoping to have multiple family members come and sit with you. Seats will be first come, first served, and assigned based on family groups only for as long as we can accommodate them.

SAFETY MEASURES

To ensure maximum safety, proper social distancing and mandatory wearing of masks is required. In addition, davening will be inspiring but as shortened as possible while still being meaningful and powerful.
