VENDOR BENEFITS

• 1 table and 2 chairs will be provided at the event
• Vendors can register to promote their business/company at www.entrepreneursempower.com
• Business announcements during the event and on Social Media Live
• Business cards and product samples will be added to the swag bags to be handed out to attendees (100 bags)

DISCLOSURE

• Vendor tanle should have proper signage and attractively decorated
• Vendor is required to donate an item valued at $20 to the gift hamper giveaway
• Vendor fee is non-refudable once booked and if vendor decides to no longer participate. If for any reason the event cannot happen due to unforseen events on the event date it will then be postponed to a later date
• There should e no damage whatsoever to the property where the event is held and no trash should be left at the table
• Vendors are asked to participate in all promotions of the event on Social Media
• Venue is scheduled to change due to expansion
