Own Your Sh*ft is a workshop designed with you in mind. Led by grief & spiritual coach Saoirse Clare McGovern, this one-hour workshop will help you move out of a place of overwhelm and sadness into feeling joy and cultivating self-compassion, while still honoring your unique loss. This workshop includes a powerful intention-setting meditation, followed by Saorise Clare's teaching of her Four Pillars of Healing method. This candid and uplifting look at life after loss will leave you feeling motivated to take on the deep work true healing requires.
