Welcome back #SheFactorDenver! For those of you who are new, our Squads are a group of like-minded women (created by YOU, supported by us) that gather together monthly (or more!) for inspirational, educational, and/or social events. WE provide the ideas and atmosphere, YOU show up and find your tribe.

How do you ignite, connect to, and share your inner flame?
Your inner flame is directly connected to your BEing – if you do not take the time to cultivate, nourish, and connect to your inner BEing, the default can be to fall back on old habits and external sources for validation and answers. If you are dependent on things and people external to you to feel inspired, excited about life, or whole, you give away your own innate power. Connection is at the heart of BEing human, and when you connect with your own BEing, you are better able to connect to others' BEings - and vice versa. During the February Squad meeting we will examine the question: How do you want to BE in the world? – which taps into your heart-center inner flame and allows you to better connect with yourself. Then we will share that story with others through real and authentic conversations to connect your inner flame/BEing outward.
