Partner Event with Ladies that UX Dallas and Ladies that UX Fort Worth

We are pleased to provide this month's meetup with two local fabulous meetup groups. Please note that we  encourage men to attend this event as well. All are welcome.

Shaping Your Product Strategy With Research with Emily Tate

Too often, we create strategy by bringing people together in a room and building plans based on what we think our users need. We then proceed to build a roadmap full of features and hope they do what we expected. There will always be some level of uncertainty in your strategy, but how can we reduce that risk and start making more informed decisions? How do we practically manage to get outside of the conference room and validate our strategies with our customers themselves?

Come for food, generously provided by Bottlerocket, and networking. Stay for the opportunity to learn new skills and participate in learning activities.

Schedule

  • 6:00 - 6:30 p.m. - Food and networking
  • 6:30 - 6:45 p.m. - Introductions and announcements
  • 6:45 - 8:00 p.m. - Main Program
  • 8:00 p.m. - Closing remarks and final networking

UX Research and Strategy group is dedicated to teaching and exploring topics related to User Experience Research and Strategy. Our goal is to make these topics both approachable and actionable by ensuring you come away with concrete examples of how to implement research and strategy methods.
