Shao-Lin Kempo/Kung Fu is an engaging way to improve mental and physical fitness while reducing stress. This program is designed to give you the tools and encouragement, regardless of skill level or athletic ability. Shao-Lin Kempo allow you to set your own pace while gaining fitness, flexibility and defense skill and reducing your stress. Uniform, which can be purchased for $60 from the instructor,will be needed after the first week. Option of advancing through the ranks, test fee of $50.
