Shannon Running Club Weekly Social Run

Welcome to Shannon Running Club! Free, social/philanthropic running club that starts and ends at Shannon Brewing Co. We run every Thurs. night (rain or shine) 6:00pm-8:00pm. 2,3,4 mile routes, all paces and skill-levels are welcome!

UPDATE DUE TO COVIDE: Beginning Thursday, 9/3/2020, in person run club is back! We are so excited to be back together again! For the time being, we will not have an official start time to assist with keeping groups smaller and socially distanced. We will post a picture of our route on the main Facebook page this week.

NOTE - we will NOT be checking in via the usual method so that we are not sharing a device. We will continue to post a virtual run club Facebook post each week. You will continue to "check-in" using that post.

IMPORTANT: Below are the guidelines as required by Shannon Brewing Company. If our members do not follow their guidelines, we will have close down in person run club again. Let s all work together to keep this going!

Run Club check-in will still be through Facebook. Show your Facebook check-in to the bartender and you will receive 2 drink tickets to use that evening only. It is up to you to show the bartender your check in, no check in no ticket. Absolutely no congregating inside the taproom. If you are not seated, using the restroom or ordering a beer then you must be in the beer garden. All tables have been spaced out 6 ft apart…do not move tables, only 10 guests per table max, all seated. It s absolutely essential to the livelihood of our taproom and staff that you follow these guidelines or we could ultimately get shut down again.
Opening Guidelines:
Shannon Brewing Company will be doing everything in its power to ensure safety, however, we cannot do this alone. We need your help to keep everyone safe.
50% occupancy
Majority of our seating is located in the beer garden. A few tables have been opened inside the taproom but inside seating is very limited. No congregating inside the taproom unless you are seated at a table.
Mask required! Patrons may remove mask once seated at their table. However, masks must be worn at ALL other times.
We ask that all guests return their dirty glassware to the bar and dispose of any trash in the receptacles outside.
Stay home if you are not feeling well.
Wash your hands with soap — often.
Do not share glasses.
Follow social distancing protocol.
Let an SBC staff member know if you see a sanitation problem.
Please note: They now have a permanent food truck!
