Awakening + Unfolding of inner Shakti energy has its own natural timeline, but by using undoubtedly energizing mechanisms together we will unlock those places within. We call upon the embodiments of the Hindu Goddesses Durga, Parvati + Kali. Together deploying our darkest shadows to ignite the flames within. Tap into the water element that lives around + within us. Activate the Sacral chakra for sensuality, sexuality + creativity. Using the Shakti Mudra, following mother moons signs + breathing into our deepest depths.

What is Shakti energy? 

It is the Divine feminine, the Mother Goddess that lives within each + every soul. It rises through the lightest + darkest parts of us through life, death, rebirth, destruction + creation. All can unlock our Shakti energy we just need to focus with intention to bring it to surface. 

What is wild dancing? 

Being free. Being free in the moment. Being free in the mind. Being free in the body. Being free in mediation. Moving in ways that the bodies vibrations emanate holy, mystical + transcendent energy.
