Join us for great spin workout with the one and only Ironman Coach Tom De Bruyn.

TIMES: Thursday’s mornings, 6:15AM – 7:30 AM (arrive at 6:00 AM)
LOCATION: Studiomix at 1000 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco
DESCRIPTION:This 10 week training block will get your legs ready for your summer races! This is 75 min class in superbly equipped Studiomix, including lockers, showers and sauna. Open to beginners & elite amateur triathletes. This program is constructed to boost your threshold which is paramount in a faster bike split. Our aim is to make you a better cyclist by focusing on strength, stamina, and technique – and along the way you’ll have a lot of fun! Spaces are limited. This discounted classes are available only to SF Tri Club members.

ABOUT INSTRUCTOR:This class is led by our very own Tom De Bryun. Tom is a 2 time Kona and 2 time 70.3 worlds qualifier. Has coached multiple athletes to successful half and full ironmans, and has coached athletes to 70.3 worlds qualifying.
ABOUT STUDIOMIX:
PARKING:Parking is available at discounted rate of $3/hr, or $7/1.5hr, validated by Studiomix. Access to the garage is via O’Farrell Street to the movie theater.
