Learning and following the principles of food safety are key to protecting everyone. Please join Foodie Nation SC as we host a Servsafe Manager training and testing sessions in the Asheville area. Class time will be from 10:00a.m.-4:00p.m. Wednesday February 21, 2018. There will be a 4 hour review and instruction session from 10:00a.m.-2:00p.m. with a 2 hour testing session from 2:00p.m.-4:00p.m. The online version of the examination will be given. Pre-enrollment is mandatory and will close 1 day prior to class. Students may enroll for the all inclusive Instruction and Exam session, or the Servsafe Online Exam only session. Students must bring with them a pre-purchased online exam voucher, a laptop computer and a valid ID.
