Biography
Kaitlin Blanco-Silva is a Licensed Master Social Worker, Certified Addictions Counselor II, and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional. Mrs. Blanco-Silva has been in the field of substance use disorders and behavioral health for 12 years. Since October of 2015, Mrs. Blanco-Silva has been the CEO of the Palmetto Employee Assistance Program. Palmetto EAP is a non-profit EAP that was formed from the Department of Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Services in 1993. She has completed her Certification in EAP, sits on the membership board of the South Carolina Employee Assistance Programs Association, leads workplace training, case manages employees, provides consultation to her companies and other administrative duties.
