Three (3) requirements must be met to attain and use the SRES® designation. The SRES course counts as one REBAC elective course to be applied toward the ABR designation.
*NOTE: Fees may be required to obtain/maintain designation.
Successful completion of the two-day SRES® Designation Course, including an 80% passing grade on the exam. Maintain active membership in the National Association of REALTORS®. Maintain active membership in the SRES® Council. The first year membership is included with the SRES® Designation course. However, every year thereafter will require payment of annual dues.

Ginni Field began her career in 1986 as a sales associate and was recruited to manage a branch in 1989. She served as president of the Greater Fairfield (CT) Association of REALTORS in 1997, and served terms as a C.A.R and NAR Director. At the national level, she has also served on NAR’s Professional Development Committee.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations for programs requiring payment will not be processed until payment is received. If you must cancel your reservation, a maximum refund of 85% of the program cost will be issued if the cancellation is received in writing three days prior to the course date. A non-refundable 15% of the program cost will be assessed for processing fees. GSDAR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program. If cancellation occurs, GSDAR will issue a full refund. In the event of rescheduling, GSDAR will send immediate notification and transfer all reservations (including payments) to the new date.
