Join the longest-serving independent in American congressional history, Senator from Vermont and recent presidential candidate Bernie Sanders as he discusses his career and the future of American politics as reflected in his recent best-selling book, Our Revolution: A Future to Believe In.
We are honored to have with us the multi-talented performer, Harry Belafonte to introduce Senator Sanders. In addition to his prolific acting and singing career, Mr. Belafonte has acted as a champion for many social and political causes.
Admission Options: Tickets to this event are sold out. But you can still catch Bernie's speech thanks to our friends at Huffington Post who will be hosting a FB Live of the event. Like their main facebook page to get notified or tune onto their front page (desktop only) at 8 PM on 12/13. This event will take place at the Great Hall Cooper Union, located at 7 E 7th St, New York, NY 10003.
-Ticketing and Seating
Tickets are available for purchase online or over the phone. All tickets are general admission, one seat per person. Seating will be on a first come, first served basis. Each ticket includes one copy of Our Revolution. Tickets and books are available ONE per person. One ticket=one seat=one book. If we don't sell out before the event, tickets/books will be available at the door.
-How do I check in at the event?
Bring your order confirmation email in print or digital form and your order number to the Great Hall at Cooper Union at the time of the event. You will be checked in by name, and receive your book and admission at that time and place.
-Can I photograph or record the event?
Photography and video recording are not permitted at the event.
-Will there be a meet and greet portion of the event?
There will not.
-Will the Senator sign my book?
He will not.
-Will my copy of "Our Revolution" be signed when receive it at the event?
A limited number signed copies will be available. They will be distributed at random and NOT to the first attendees.
