Right Plant for the Right Place. Learn when it is the best time to plant trees and shrubs in Central Florida. Learn how to plant a tree or shrub and how to get it established in the landscape. Should you put fertilizers and compost in the planting hole? Should you stake trees and shrubs after you plant them? Learn the answers to these questions and more. Learn how to prune your trees and shrubs properly and safely. Know what tools to use. Sharpening your pruning tools will be demonstrated at this classroom event.

Cancellation policy: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees are not booked. If class is cancelled you will receive a notification, and a refund confirmation to the e-mail that is provided during the registration process. Refunds for class cancellations may take up to 30 days to process if registration fee is paid by cash or check.
