About the Speaker:

Cheri Timmons is an LCSW, Certified Health Coach and Yoga Teacher in Greensboro. She launched her health coaching practice, Cheri Timmons Coaching, with the purpose of improving wellness for working women. Built upon a 20-year career in the field of behavioral health, Cheri's one-to-one health coaching helps clients get to the root cause of their sleep issues. She collaborates with her clients to design a plan for behavior change that moves them from feeling exhausted and overwhelmed, to feeling energized and focused each day. Cheri extends her wellness expertise to workplaces and community groups through on-site educational events, conferences and yoga classes.
