SEC Visit | GWSB Department of Accountancy

Join the GWSB Accountancy Department on a visit to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Comission on Wednesday, April 8, 2020. The event will feature speakers from the various divisions of the SEC, e.g., Corporate Finance, Enforcement, and the Office of the Chief Accountant. This event is for current GWU students and GWSB professors only.
Please arrive by 1:00 pm at the U.S. SEC Headquarters: 100 F Street, NE, Washington, DC 20549. The nearest Metro stop is Union Station.
IMPORTANT: In addition to reserving your ticket on Eventbrite, you must send your photo to Professor Zha Giedt at zhagiedt@gwu.edu. The photo will be used to create your ID badge, which is required for entry. Your JPG photo must be recieved by Tuesday, March 17, 2020 with the subject, "Photo for GWSB-SEC visit". The file size should not exceed 2,000 KB and the file should be named, LastFirst.jpg. For example, WashingtonGeorge.jpg.
