Come and join us for our weekly running practice workout. We meet every Tuesday evening for a group training run at 6:00pm.
Throughout the year SDTC gears up for various long distance running events and our goal is to provide a great running workout to improve one s overall fitness. We encourage you to come and try out a workout before joining SDTC. All levels of runners are welcome!
We meet at Balboa Park (6th Ave & Olive St) on the grass. Street parking is available on Balboa Dr and along 6th Ave. Workouts are led by Coach Paul Greer.
