Join Marshall and Muir Colleges' Community Gardens as we spend part of a Saturday off-campus getting to know the food access and sustainability efforts of southern California. The day begins at Little Italy's Farmers Market, sampling the fruits, produce, and artisans of San Diego county. Next, venture to the south bay to Wild Willow Farms, for tour, tasting, and educational workshop. Learn about local efforts around sustainable gardening, food access, and BONUS get to pet some goats!
