Scoliosis can cause pain and cosmetic deformity in adulthood. Come join us the second saturday of every month for a group class, meet others who are dealing with similar health concerns and find the resources you need to acheive your health goals. Bring your X-rays (Picutre on your phone), and your workout clothes. Make sure you get your doctors permission to participate (if you are under the care of a physician).
