Let us turn your METEORcre Friday night, into a BLAST! If planets, black holes, and the moon are your (space) jam, Friday, July 19, Arizona Science Center is the place to be! Channel your inner space cowboy for an out-of-this-world Science With A Twist. We’re getting SaTURN down for the Apollo 11 50th anniversary.

 

● Celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 Mission and the first man on the moon.

● Sip a lunar libations – or two – while debunking conspiracy theories with the Blue Crew, our science interpreters

● Explore the Sun, Earth, Universe exhibit and discover the power of our sun, the vastness of the universe, and more

● Take a trip to the dark side of the moon with the Pink Floyd Laser Show in the Dorrance Planetarium

● Witness the “awe-inspiring” Apollo 11: First Steps Edition film exclusively showing on our five-story screen featuring never-before-seen 70mm footage and newly-discovered audio recordings of Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, Michael Collins, and the Mission Control team

*Event admission includes entry to the party, hands-on activities and demonstrations, access to all four levels of the Center, and tickets to the special talk. Cocktails, giant-screen films, laser shows, and Mummies of the World require additional paid tickets.
