Parenting, like all other relationships, provides the opportunity to look at ourselves and grow. yet like any other relationship, raising children can create daily anxieties as parents learn to navigate their child's social, academic and home life. In this mindful parenting workshop, parents and loved ones will work on strengthening their relationship with their child through healthy self-modeling, boundary setting, and compassion, allowing children and the entire family to thrive.
