Let’s get back to the basics. DECANTsf's Cara Patricia and guest Sommelier Marissa Payne (Cotogna, Regal Wine Company) brings you through the essentials that every wine lover should know. What glass should you use? Is your wine too cold? When should you decant? Where is the best place to store your wine if you don't have a cellar?
We will answer all those questions and more, along with giving hands-on instruction followed by a great tasting.
