Schönram Lagers on Tap at ChurchKey!

Join ChurchKey on Wednesday, January 22nd as we welcome Private Landbrauerei Schönram! On this night, we will pour 5 legendary lagers, plus a special collaboration brew, from perhaps the most heralded German brewery in Washington, DC.
Situated just north of the Austrian Alps, Schönram — led by Brewmaster, and American expat, Eric Toft — produces Germany’s finest examples of classic Bavarian lager — including Schönramer Hell (Helles Lager) and Schönramer Pils (Pilsner). Touted by some of the very best brewers in the world, including Firestone Walker’s Matt Brynildson and De la Senne’s Yvan De Baets, these lagers are exceedingly rare – 90% of their total production is sold within 40 km of the brewery. Don’t miss this opportunity to drink these fresh brews on draft!
In addition to the magnificent Pils and Hell, we will have Gold (Festbier), Dunkel (Dunkel Lager) and Festbier (a warming Märzen of 6.1% that’s brewed for the winter months) from Schönram. As a bonus, we are pouring the very special Schönram collaboration with De la Senne, Wadesda Lager! Brewed in Brussels, Wadesa Lager is a classic German-style pilsner brewed with Noble hops and constructed with the combined heritage of both Schönram and De la Senne!
There is no admission fee for this event. All Schönram beers will be priced individually by the glass and in 4 oz. tasting pours. The beer list is subject to change without notice.
