The SBA 504 Loan Program is designed to help small businesses purchase a building, equipment, or land. We are offering two different sessions about this program on Wednesday, April 24, 2019.
This workshop will provide basic information about the 504 program such as: eligibility, requirements, and the SBA approval process.
***This course has been approved for 3.5 hours of Continuing Education Credits by the Ohio Division of Real Estate and the Accountancy Board of Ohio. Attendees will receive a printed certificate of course completion showcasing the continuing education credits awarded.***
