Join instructors Carly Feldmeier and Meagan Lombaer to learn about using scraps from the kitchen to create nutritionally dense meals and reduce food waste. This workshop will also cover how composting unused food scraps benefits soil health, the food we eat, and our health.
This class will include a lecture-style presentation, and each attendee will receive recipes to try out at home. Participants will also enjoy a plant-based lunch prepared by a local chef at the beginning of the workshop.
