Be ready to roll up your sleeves and chop some cabbage. Participants will also receive recipes and directions to safely ferment sauerkraut, kim chi, yogurt and a variety of fermented foods.
The workshop fee is $30.00 and includes taking home a quart jar of kraut to ferment at home.
