Sunrise Toastmasters is an intimate community that Is going on thirty years of ongoing membership!! The culture of our meetings consists of members from all areas of the world and country! We are a vibrant group of all ages which is nice to see the different dynamics! Members are from all walks of life such as bankers, entrepeneurs, teachers, non- profit organizers, computer science professional, photographers, managers, writters, public speakers and other various professions, work together to build leaders of tomorrow!!!

Toastmasters provides a safe and encouraging platforms for leaders to transform into the best versions of themselves. Creating a safe environments where mistakes don t only happen, they are encourage as an essential part of growth. This dynamic program is meant to be adapted to the participants needs, join in us our journey to improve public speaking and communication skills today!

Public speaking and leadership are critically essential life long skills, that once master radiate confidence. At Sunrise Toastmasters, we help our members learn and develop their public speaking and leadership skills, watching each individual flourish into becoming to be more effective speakers and leaders.

• How is a meeting run?
The Toastmaster meetings consist of various prepared speakers and evaluators consisting of members of the club work towards their goals in pathways, an interactive online system that guides our leadership journey while allow the individual to adapt the toastmaster experience to their own personal agenda!

Later on in the meeting, a section called "table topics where guest and members alike are invited to speak on an improv
basis consisting of 2-3 minute mini speeches.

Side jobs allowing guest to participate will be assignment in the beginning of the meeting. These jobs consist of timer, grammarian, ah counter, and table topics master! All play an intricate part of keeping the meetings flow, guest are encouraged to participate!

Constructive feedback is encouraged by all guest and members to help the speakers get to the next level of their public speaking skill! Bring a pen and listening ears, you input is essential to the growth of our members!

Events at the district and regional level occur to connect us like minded individuals, it is not mandatory, but we encourage all participation. From time to time we also have workshops on various aspects of speaking and leadership to accelerate the development of these skills.

• What to bring
The most important part of a Toastmasters meeting is SHOWING UP! Bring your ENTHUSIASM, a pen, a notebook if you wish, and a friend if you like! Guests are welcome with no obligation. Bring you friends, family and neighbors, everyone is an intricate part of these meetings!
