The City of San Gabriel is proud to present the 5th Annual award-winning Dumpling & Beer Fest, featuring dumplings, craft beers, desserts, DJs, and live entertainment!
Foodies and beer enthusiasts are invited to join the City of San Gabriel in experiencing a local twist on Oktoberfest. The event is free and open to the general public. Wristbands can be purchased online (here through Eventbrite) in advance until October 4th. Each wristband comes with unlimited beer samplings, and you must be 21 or older to receive your wristband at Check-In.
Exciting festival programming:
$200 Best Dumpling Contest & $200 Most Original Dumpling Contest
The dumpling and food vendors participating in this year's Dumpling & Beer Fest will compete for a Best Dumpling Contest and a Most Original Dumpling Contest. The panel of judges will include a combination of locally renowned chefs, foodies, and community leaders.

Dumpling Eating Contest
Be sure to check out our Dumpling Eating Contest! Contestants will compete to become the winner of San Gabriel Dumpling & Beer Fest's exciting Dumpling Eating Contest! Contestants will have two minutes to eat as many dumplings as they can to win the $100 prize and trophy!
If you're interested in participating, please submit an application:
*Only wristband-holders will be allowed to sample beer.
*Beer tasting wristbands will be sold at the door for $40. Food may be purchased directly from food vendors and food trucks. Wine and limited type of beer may be sold for purchase at the festival.
*All sales are final, no refunds. Rain or Shine event.

- San Gabriel Mission Playhouse Parking Lot (324 S. Mission Dr)
- San Gabriel Park & Ride Lot (243 S Mission Dr)
- San Gabriel Valley Medical Center Surface Lot (Santa Anita between Broadway and Live Oak)
- San Gabriel City Hall (425 S Mission Dr, parking entrance on McGroarty)
