FAQs

What are the seating options?   

All seats in this intimate venue are General Admission. Your tickets will provide you entry to the concert, though you are not assigned a specific seat. The Chorus advises you to arrive early. 

Where is Accessible Seating?

There is both ramp access to the church and an elevator from the garage. Accessible Seating is available in the sanctuary. Let the Chorus know if you need any assistance.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

We recommend you arrive early to allow for parking.  Street parking is available, though some of it is limited to two hours. There is also limited garage parking beneath the church.

The AC Transit 51 line passes directly by the Church on College Avenue. Two BART stations are equally close to the theater. From the Rockridge BART Station you can either walk (approx. 1½ miles) or catch the AC Transit 51 line right at BART. The other station is the Downtown Berkeley Station. From here you can catch the 51 bus on the West side of Shattuck.

Can I get a refund?

Sorry, no refunds or exchanges on any tickets.

Do I have to bring my ticket to the event?

Yes.  Either print out your ticket, or download it to your phone.  All tickets will be scanned before entry to the concert so please arrive early. 

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
