ID's are not required. There is no age requirement to attend.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is free. Park in the guest parking at the Alvarado building.
What can I bring into the event?
Bring a pen/pencil, notepad and calculator.

Is this a REIT?
No. REIT stands for real estate investment trust and is sometimes called "real estate stock." Essentially, REITs are corporations that own and manage a portfolio of real estate properties and mortgages. This is not what we do.
Can I invest in commercial real estate?
Yes. You can develop a strategy to invest in commerical real estate and residential real estate (either single family homes and/or 2-4 units). It all depends on your goals.
How is the real estate market for investing?
The real estate market has it's ups and downs. How you buy and sell depends on your goals. There is always opportunity, but you need to have a plan of action.
