SAM Elite High School Sports Performance Camp (T,Th 9:30am, Optional Friday); $275
SAM Elite’s Summer Sports Performance Program is a comprehensive ninety minute training session that is designed for any athlete, but includes personalized aspects based on both the individual and their sport. The first half of each day is dedicated to improving movement quality, speed, and agility. The remaining time emphasizes power, strength and injury reduction.
Daily Schedule: 90 minute sessions
-15 minute warm-up and movement technique
-10 minute speed and sprinting mechanics
-8 minutes multi-directional speed and change of direction
-7 minute jumping and upper body power
-10 minute explosive power
-40 minutes strength, injury prevention, and flexibility
SAM Elite’s Summer Sports Performance Program is based around two goals for each and every athlete: to reduce the likelihood of injury while participating in their sport and to improve the physical abilities, such as speed, agility, power, strength and endurance, needed to succeed. SAM Elite offers the facility and equipment, expert programming and experienced and dynamic coaching needed to accomplish these goals. In addition, a low coach to athlete ratio ensures that this coaching can be applied to every athlete throughout every session.
