Salty Sweet Yoga

Join local registered yoga teacher, Kristina // Peace of Burlap for a 60-minute yin yoga class – a practice of stillness + mindful breathing, with extended holds in postures to condition + heal the body's deepest connective tissues.

The class will be held in the Salt Room at The Salt Sacntuary of Maryland – where you will experience an all-natural, drug-free + non-invasive salt therapy solution proven to enhance the body’s natural ability to balance and heal.
