Any class can be cancelled due to unanticipated reasons. If a class is cancelled by Agillium, all registrants with a valid class registration ticket are entitled to a full refund for their ticket purchase. However, Eventbrite fees will not be refunded.

If the attendee cancels the class for any reason then there will be NO refund.

NOTE: Agillium is NOT accountable for expenses registrants shall incur including travel airfare, railway tickets, hotel stay or any travel related expenses due to a cancelled class. In this two-day course, attendees gain an understanding of the role of a Scrum Master in a SAFe enterprise. Unlike traditional Scrum Master training that focuses on the fundamentals of team-level Scrum, the SAFe Scrum Master course explores the role of the Scrum Master in the context of the entire enterprise, and prepares attendees to successfully plan and execute the Program Increment (PI), the primary enabler of alignment throughout all levels of a SAFe organization.
