This two-day course is meant for existing Scrum Masters that maximizes existing knowledge and abilities and provides new techniques and education to fulfill leadership roles in SAFe implementation. Students will learn to coordinate the communication and interactions of various teams for successful development. New tools and techniques are provided to maximize the value of the product through fully utilizing the benefits of the Lean-Agile mentality in SAFe environments. Students will be able to develop high-performance teams and minimize hindrances to Agile development.

Program increment planning, execution, and Inspect and Adapt workshops
Quality engineering, Agile architecture, and DevOps practices
Kanban for facilitating team and program flow of work

Interaction with the system team, deployment, UX, architects, product owners, product management, and business owners

Who Should Attend

This course is meant for existing Scrum Masters seeking the means to be fully effective in SAFe enterprises. Team leaders, project managers, engineers, and development managers will become more effective in their roles. Trainers and coaches will gain additional skills to properly prepare their students.

Certifications

Completion of the exam will provide:

A SAFe SASM certification
Professional Development Units (PDUs) and Scrum Education Units (SEUs)

Attendees may be eligible to apply for 15 PDUs toward their continuing education requirements with the Project Management Institute (PMI) for PMP, PgMP, and PMI-ACP certifications.

Attendees may be eligible to apply for SEUs under category C, toward earning or renewing their CSP through Scrum Alliance..
