CLASS DESCRIPTION

Floetic Floorwork [ALL LEVELS] - Floetic Floorwork is a style of sensual dance movement created by Brooke Jay that focuses on tease, musicality, and fluidity while using the floor as your central prop. This class incorporates a fun cardio warm up, sexy stretching, basic body awareness exercises, and a seductive floorwork routine each class. Be prepared to crawl, roll, slide, and twerk to your favorite sexy and sassy songs!

Leggings, leg warmers, knee pads, &/or tall socks recommended. Please wear socks. Heels optional.
