Alba is a cooking instructor and personal chef specializing in southern Italian and Mediterranean cuisine in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Her recipes are rustic, simple and vibrant in taste.
In addition to being a great accompaniment to a lunch or dinner, wine can also be a “featured” ingredient in many recipes. Red or white, rosé or sparkling wine, all varieties can be used to enrich the flavor of dishes. Whether robust, spicy, or full body, its characteristics enhance flavors to any dish. Menu: Mushroom Herbs and Pinot Crostini, Saltimbocca Tenderloins in Crispy Prosciutto and White Wine, Potatoes Novelle in Red Wine and Sage.
