• What we ll do
Total body strength training! Be ready to sweat and work major muscle groups for maximum results! This class is led by a NASM certified trainer who will provide you with support during the class to make sure you are using proper form and getting the most out of the workout.
• What to bring towel and water. You will need to hydrate!
• If you are new to the class, please come 10 minutes early to sign a waiver. Class is limited to 15 people so please RSVP to secure your spot. If you cannot attend, please un-RSVP. We do have an unlimited class membership available which include all bootcamps, Stretching and Foam Rolling classes, and monthly body comp assessments to follow progress.
